 Thirteen Senses

 

 유년시절부터

음악을 만들던 윌 사우스(Will South)를 도와 오랜 친구인 아담 윌슨(Adam Wilson)이

 베이스를 맡았으며, 둘을 주축으로 기타에 톰 웰햄(Tom Welham), 그리고 드럼에

 브렌든 제임스(Brendon James)가 뭉치면서 라인업을 갖췄다.

  

대부분이 어릴 적부터 악기를 연주해 온 실력자들. 몇 장의 EP를 발매하고 난 뒤

서틴 센시스로 개명하면서 밴드는 거점을 브리스톨로 옮긴다.

 

애송이 밴드가 [글래스톤베리 록 페스티벌] 같은 거대한 무대에서 샬라탄스, 엘보우 등과 함께

무대를 가지는 데에는 그리 오랜 시간이 걸리지 않았다.

 

 울리는 기타와 청명한 피아노가 선두에서 곡을 이끌면 드럼과 베이스가

튀지 않는 선에서 아름다운 멜로디를 탄탄하게 떠받치고, 몽롱한 기운을 더해주는

약간의 효과음을 얹는 식이다.
